He saved us from a costly problem that not even the seller was aware of. Tons of details are involved in buying a house and Kerry was on top of all of them. Because we moved from a home close to Wainwright, we also asked Kerry to work with us to sell our old house. We lived in a village where houses normally sit on the market for years. It's a great place to live, and we only moved because we found our dream house in Wainwright. For some reason, the market just isn't fast there. Anyway, Kerry advised us on price, and put together a great online tour through the house. He was diligent in marketing and showing it. The new owners took possession six months after we moved to Wainwright!
